My sister, who lives in York, sent me a link to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trusts appeal for knitted & crocheted robins a few weeks back. I'm a Yorkshire lass originally & wanted to show my support, so I knitted 3 for them & sis saw them & asked for 3 as well, so I've just carried on knitting! Robins epitomise everything Christmassy, we have several living in our garden who come & join me in my veg patch - grand little creatures!

Full description
A gorgeous little Christmas fellow! Hand knitted & all stitched, so he will last for years, this merry little robin will cheer up any surface & could also be hung from the tree. He stands 11cm tall, is knitted in 4 ply yarn & is stuffed with hypoallergenic toy stuffing. His legs are covered pipe cleaners, so he isn't suitable as a toy for young children.
