Textured handmade mulberry fibres paper sheets with deckled edge and plant fibres.
Pack B - 3 full sheets measuring approximately 62cms by 90cms.
The three colours this pack are LIME, SALMON, MAUVE (difficult colour to describe).
The sheets have been photographed in natural light outside. I have tried to represent the colours as best I can. The colours shown cannot be guaranteed, models of computer monitors and screens can display the colours slightly differently.
For packing to post they will be folded down to approximately 24cms by 31cms.
NB. There may be a faded line across the middle fold on some sheets where they had been exposed to UV light. The colours will fade in time if exposed to UV light for a prolonged period over months/years.
These are full sheets of natural eco paper akin to soft, thick, flexible, tissue paper featuring clearly visible mulberry tree fibres. The base of this silk paper comes from the fast-growing shoots of the mulberry tree and is produced by artisans in a traditional, sustainable way.
The paper can be used in a variety of craft projects such as scrapbooking, journal making, cards, mixed media textile projects, collage work and wedding confetti cones.
It can also be used as a natural wrap for special presents or bunches of flowers, or even as a liner for luxury gift boxes.
It is useful as a substrate for watercolour paintings, acrylic art, calligraphy and as a marbling base paper.
