All orders are sent out 2nd class or Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. If you combine more than two items, any extra postage will be refunded. If you need your item sooner, there is a delivery upgrade available in the drop down menu on each listing.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A bundle deal of five Christmas cards, and you can choose whichever cards you like! Please check the cards available in my shop and message to let me know which five you want. (You can also choose a non-Christmassy card if you like, I won't mind!).
Details:
- All cards use my illustrations, and are entirely handmade (printed, folded and glittered!)
- Inside is left blank for your personal message.
- The card is cute A6 size (148x105mm; 4.1 x 5.8 inches) and printed on FSC card.
- All cards include a like-sized recycled kraft brown envelope.
- Any glitter used is plant based - zero plastic here!
- All cards are individually protectively sealed in a biodegradable and compostable cello bag.
- Dispatched in a recycled envelope within 3 days of ordering (but usually next day!)
Orders are posted with Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 is available as an upgrade in the drop down menu.
