I always feel that the Christmas season is perfectly captured by the charm in a Jane Austen novel. I created this card to bring that cozy, literary feeling to life.
The quote, spoken by the enthusiastic Mr. Weston in Emma, reminds us that Christmas is truly about hospitality and friendship: "At Christmas every body invites their friends about them..."
To celebrate this cheer, I framed the words with a watercolour poinsettia design. It's my small, elegant way of sharing a literary hug with those you hold dearest this holiday season!
