Made from 100 layers of compressed newspaper, these pencils are perfect for improving your green karma. Even the shavings are recyclable and the core is made from an eco-friendly mix of clay and graphite.
I personally use this style of pencil in my own daily work, and my favourite feature is the fact that the rolled paper gives an even pressure on all sides of the core. This means that breaking and splintering while sharpening is a much less frequent affair. Using a regular pencil sharpener, it's easy to get a very sharp point on the graphite without breakage.
