Full description
21cm by 21cm original collage created using different elements drawn with coloured pencils and markers glued on background painted with acrylics.
My artwork was inspired by our walks over the hills when I really enjoy collecting plant treasures from the hedgerows and trees. I included some hawthorn berries, pine cone, horse chestnuts, hazelnuts, rosehips and sycamore seeds. I added a book bag and a library card as I always think of foraging in the hedgerows as a similar activity to finding books in a library. This artwork would make a unique gift for someone who likes walks in the country side and reading.
The artwork is sold without frame, without mount, but will fit readily available box frames. It will be shipped in a biodegradable sleeve packed in an A4 Please Do Not Bend envelope.
