Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Delivery & Processing Time All Peony Crafts cards are carefully handmade to order and usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Free UK delivery is included (sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class). Handmade Variations As each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in layout, embellishments, or colour tone may occur. These are part of the handmade process and make every card unique. Returns & Exchanges If your item arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on non-personalised items in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Personalised or Custom Orders Unfortunately, personalised or custom items (including cards with printed stamped names or bespoke wording) cannot be returned unless faulty.
