The original drawing that the print was taken from was a new work with new materials, inspired by a whole batch of things bumbling round my head, including an old photo in my collection, Misty comic covers, Robert Longo, Alphonse Mucha and the flapping of the local crows.

Full description
I create each limited edition print uniquely, applying gold ink by hand. The textured Khadi paper, with its deckle edge and subtle imperfections, ensures that no two prints are alike. Inspired by Celtic folklore and magical realism, my artwork features Madam Bird—a mythical figure with dominion over winged creatures and the essence of flight.

This edition is strictly limited to 25 prints, each one signed and numbered due to the meticulous hand-finishing process.
Sizes and Frame
The unframed print measures approximately A4 (29.7cm x 21cm or 11.7 inches x 8.3 inches), though slight variations may occur due to the nature of the paper. For convenience, I also offer the print in a gold frame featuring a 3cm moulding, perspex safety glass, and a dark grey background card that allows the deckle edge to be fully displayed. The framed size is 14 inches x 11 inches and comes ready to hang with picture wire.
Technical Specifications
I use only the highest quality materials—no low-grade print on demand here. Each print is crafted, embellished, inspected, packaged, and shipped by me. The prints are produced on 150gsm cotton rag, acid-free Khadi paper using a Canon Giclée printer, with added gold acrylic ink applied by hand, and each print is signed and numbered in pencil.
