Full description
I wanted to paint primroses for some time, a favourite of mine in the spring along with snowdrops. Spotting them in the wild while out walking is a sure sign that the days are getting longer and warmer.
Originally painted in an Etchr sketch book on 230g cold press, 100% cotton acid-free paper using Schmincke, Jackman's and A. Gallo professional watercolour paints. It is presented in an ivory, archive quality window mount and framed in a beautifully simple solid oak frame.
Dimensions (inches approx.):
Image: 160 x 130mm (6.25 x 5.25 inches).
Frame: 270 x 245mm (10.5 x 9.75 inches).
Perfect to brighten up any area of a home, and a lovely reminder that sunny days will always return.
I would always advise hanging original art out of the way of direct sunlight.
