For every £30 spent in this store, I will hand craft a cosy beanie hat which will then be donated to a UK charity to help those in need. This includes the homeless, families in need, and the elderly.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Ideal for newborns, this is a double layered hat for extra warmth, and the brim can also be folded over to fit the tiniest of heads.
Crafted from 100% Acrylic yarn the baby beanie is machine washable at 30 degrees, although care will be needed because of the handmade pom-pom.
So if you're due a Christmas baby, or know someone who is, this could be the perfect purchase for you!
