Full description
Tek ya meds cross stitch embroidery design available as a pdf download chart. A Yorkshire dialect design said by many I expect. Translation: please take your medication.
I suspect there are lots of people taking medication each day to keep them happy or keep them coping, doing what they need to do to stop the wheels falling off. There's nothing wrong with that. Here's a fun little reminder to 'tek ya meds'.
The download contains the design in colour blocks, colour symbols and in Black and White.
Cross stitch and Blackwork should be simple and fun. The charts are therefore as simple as they can be, no complicated instructions, just pick up your needle and thread to sew.
A pdf will be sent direct to your inbox so you can start stitching straight away.
Using Aida fabric or similar, the size of the finished design is: 14ct 11.6cm x 10.3cm or 16ct 10.2cm x 9cm.
The chart shows the design on a 84x84 grid, and the photo is a 6inch hoop.
AREA COUNT: 84 x 84 stitches.
STITCH COUNT: 64 x 57 stitches.
THREAD: There are five colours of DMC 6 stranded floss. You can of course be as creative as you wish with alternative colours. Cross stitch is traditionally stitched using 2 strands of thread so you will need to split your skein.
