Chevron Amethyst, also known as Dog Tooth, is a variety of amethyst that’s mixed with layers of quartz to give the distinctive white V shape within the stone.
Amethyst’s name derives from the Greek word ‘amethystos’, literal translation ‘not intoxicated’! This is linked to the ancient Greek legend where the goddess Diana protected young Amethyst from Bacchus, the god of wine after she rejected his advances. Amethyst is often associated with helping maintain mental clarity and physical energy.

Full description
A spiral knotted macrame cord slider bracelet with a central circular chevron amethyst stone. The lilac cord has donut shaped amethyst stones woven in with silver plated flower shaped spacer beads, and each cord end is finished with amethyst rounds and more flower spacers.

As this bracelet has a sliding square knot fastening, it's a suitable fit for most wrist sizes. The central stone is roughly 2cm in diameter.
