By using close-weave cotton sateen in this photgram, the colours are softer like the rounder edges of this particular Fern. I love this enchanting Fern for creating Cyanotypes as it presses well, but is deciduous, so I have to capture it when it's lush and green.

Full description
Original Art on Fabric- Osmunda Regalis Fern has a double exposure in this Cyanotype. Handmade on Cotton Sateen with Cyanotype 'photography'. The colour of blue ombres through from light to mid-blue, set off by the gorgeous Prussian Blue background, in such a pretty shape within the circle.
The back is finished with white felt, and a ribbon is added to hang the hoop; it would look equally lovely in a suitable stand on any shelf or dresser.

This hoop is named 'Melody' and is numbered and is an original artwork. It measures approximately 7 ".
The beech hoop is British-made and lightly waxed to protect it. The Hoop comes carefully protected in a clear bag and care instructions are included- Dust only do not wash. As with all art, it should be displayed out of direct sunlight, and not in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms. It will be posted in a protective box.
