I boughtt a small collection of designer silks, and as I had never done patchwork decided I'd design something to do them justice.I thoroughly enjoyed designing and making these bags, although they were a lot of work I am pleased at how they turned out, and I hope their new owners will put them to good use.

Full description
This is made from 21 different squares in silk and brocade fabrics with a 2.5'' gusset base.It is a unique tote bag, fully lined with 2 pockets, one with zipper closure that has a pretty Dragonfly pull.
The fabric pieces are high end designer fabrics.
It is padded and quilted and has heavy weight cotton braid handles, my sewing name tag is on the handles. The handles are log enough to either hand carry or to carry over the shoulder.
Dimensions are 13.5''/38cmsX16.5''/42cms base 2.5''/5.5cms, all approx.
This bag is a unique tote bag not designed as a daily shopping bag but more of an exclusive luxury item. I have sold them for holding and storing craft projects such as knitting or embroidery or the current reading list everyone needs one of these!
There are several being listed in two different sizes.
