I studied the connection between nature, creativity and well-being during my Master's degree in Illustration. Using natural items and taking the time to get creative can have positive benefits.
I have been experimenting with natural paints for over 5 years and find them interesting and surprising. It is a different way of painting, though similar to watercolour. Embracing the natural colours and the way they behave is an exhilarating experience.
Safety information
These are not suitable for unsupervised children as there can be toxic elements, which are unknown in the stone paints, and even some plants can be poisonous if ingested. There is a booklet with the paints that points out all toxic elements and safety information. Other ingredients are Alum (Potassium Aluminium Sulphate), Soda Ash (sodium Carbonate), Calcium Carbonate, PVA (in tiny amounts), Linseed Oil, Gum Arabic, AJ Ludlow's Collage Medium, Water, Salt and Seashells. Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This is a sample set of handmade, naturally coloured watercolour paint—5 colours in total. The amount of paint is dependent on its availability.
The majority of the colours are made from items found in my garden, such as stones, rocks, soil and plants.
Red Brick, ground by hand and binder added.
Rapeseed Flower - pigment created by the laking process, and a binder is added.
Holly Blue, a stone found in my garden, ground by hand and a binder added,
Red Berries and alum - a selection of red berries, unripe blackberry, rosehip, viburnum berries, pigment created by the laking process and binder added.
Light Brown, a stone found in my garden, ground by hand and binder added.

Some colours may change; they are natural paints, but don't think of this as a disadvantage. If you digitise your creation, you will capture the colours as they are when first painted. If not, then embrace the organic nature of these paints and watch them change and evolve.
