I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Fancy a pink Christmas?!
This little tree is made from a repurposed wool blanket that I have felted and dyed to create something a little different. I have felted multicoloured circles of wool into the pale pink background before machine embroidering spirals onto them. The edges are stitched with blanket stitch which echoes the original use of the fabric.
The tree is finished with a driftwood trunk and a pale pink co-ordinating hanging loop and measures approximately 38cm from the top of the twine to the bottom of the driftwood.
This tree would add a quirky accent to any setting, not least a Christmas one.
