Gaudi was the architect who designed the Sagrada Familia, the world famous church in Barcelona. A totally unique designer.
I decided to try and represent one of many buildings in pen and ink only with cross-hatching.

Full description
This is a picture of Bellesguard, a building designed by Antoni Gaudi between 1900-1909.
I first drew the basic outline in pencil and then went over the scene in detail using pen and dark brown ink. The chiaroscuro (shading) was achieved using the technique of cross-hatching.
This is an A4 print. Actual picture size is 17 x 25cm.
The picture was printed on Olin Smooth High White 300gsm paper by a professional printer.
The print will be supplied in a protective sleeve and securely packaged in an A4 envelope.
Dispatched by Royal mil and tracked.
Designed by Charlie York
