I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
More and more, I feel uncomfortable with the waste we create with shiny gift wrap and bags. This can be reused over and over again. (Or saved by the recipient and used to keep bits and bobs.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This individually made bag features a centre of a patchwork in traditional "Log Cabin" design. It would be a lovely decoration in a country setting. It is also perfect as a special gift bag and could be used by the recipient afterwards. (It really is a "green" bag!)
The main body of the bag measures 12cm square approximately, excluding the handles.
Lined the same fabric as used for the outer green border.
