Full description
This 20 by 20cm square original artwork was completed using watercolours, coloured pencils and acrylic paints on watercolour paper. It is sold without frame, without mount shipped in an A4 Please Do Not Bend envelope, packed in a biodegradable sleeve with corrugated cardboard for extra protection.
As autumn takes hold of the landscape, the leaves of the rowan tree are turning bright orange and gold; these colours were the inspiration for my artwork. The rowan tree is considered a protective tree in British folklore. Under its foliage, I depicted a lantern with a warm glow and vintage books to add more cosiness to the illustration.
