Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Giclée art print of my original water mixable oil painting titled ‘Fae of the Forest’.
Professionally printed on 240gsm off-white archival matt paper.
Paper size: 29.7cm x 21cm (A4)
Image size: 21.8cm x 16.5cm
All my prints are titled and hand-signed.
All my prints are packaged carefully, each in a cello bag with a sheet of rigid backing card, and wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. All prints will be posted in a cardboard postal box and sent by a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

If you purchase more than one print, each additional print has a reduced delivery cost of only 20p.
Please note:
