All the items are unique and hand crafted with love.
We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Add a touch of rustic holiday charm to your presents with this beautiful set of 6 kraft Christmas gift tags. Each tag is carefully crafted from kraft card and features an elegant die-cut snowflake design in festive tones of red, cream, and warm browns.
The tags are 4 x 2 inches and have a jute string to attach to your gifts.
