Toddler coat in royal blue needlecord. This is lined completely in beautiful Black Watch tartan. You could reverse the coat. The sleeves can be turned up and let down when your little one takes a stretch. This could last for coup,e of years, first as coat then little jacket. The size is generous and would fit 2-4 years. I can give exact measurements if needed
