So this pendant came about by sketching ideas which is a starting point for all the jewellery I make. Having researched beauty I have endeavoured to capture this in the piece as I do with all the pieces I make.

Full description
The pendant idea was sketched and developed in the craft studio using the simplicity of a circle with detail added including the blue flecks of powdered stain embedded into the porcelain before firing and gold colour plated wire connecting the pendant to the silk cord. The decorative holes are also functional enabling the ceramic pendant to be connected to the silk cord using the wire. The pendant measures 7cms across.
