I was watching a Christmas craft show ( yes it was Kirsty's) and one of the contestants was making hanging tree ornaments, threading beads onto wire. I had already cut out some Christmas tree shapes from my sustainably sourced leather and was looking for some inspo that was a little different. I had this vintage necklace and the pattern was not too dissimilar to the way I have re-threaded the beads onto wire and riveted them onto the trees as garlands.

Blue Leather and Vintage Red Bead Christmas Tree Ornament
Handmade genuine leather Christmas tree ornament. This decoration features a choice of a teal blue, ( the blue is more teal but my screen makes it look more like a royal blue) mustard yellow or burgundy (listed separately) leather sourced sustainably, designed in the shape of a Christmas tree. It is adorned with vintage beads in red, white, burgundy, and black, meticulously re-strung onto wire to create tinsel garlands, complemented by a black ribbon for hanging. The ornament is detailed with gold-coloured rivets. The main body of the tree measures approximately 12.5 cm (just under 5 inches) in height and 6 cm (just under 2.5 inches) in width.
