Full description
"The Green Man"
The Green Man, also known as a foliate head, is a motif in architecture and art, of a face made of, or completely surrounded by, foliage, which normally spreads out from the centre of the face. Apart from a purely decorative function, the Green Man is primarily interpreted as a symbol of rebirth, representing the cycle of new growth that occurs every spring.
This lovely autumnal bracelet features hand painted Lucite flowers and maple leaves in shades of crimson, scarlet, green, and gold with matching Czech glass flowers and leaves nestling between. They are all wire wrapped onto a Vintaj antiqued brass chain. The bracelet continues with amber Czech glass acorns and features a beautiful ceramic Green Man connector. It fastens with a Tierracast copper toggle clasp and has a single flower dangle on the end.
The bracelet is 8in which fits my 6.5in wrist comfortably.
This is a one of a kind bracelet.
