Although a really gruesome subject it was important to commemorate the Plague’s role in the history of the City of Worcester.

My Doctor’s Mask and Skull Enamelled Pendant is deep blue and white with black details. It measures approximately 40mm x 30mm and hangs from a black cord necklace with a silver-plated fastener. Please choose a cord length from the ones listed. The reverse of the Pendant is also enamelled adding strength and durability. The design was originally created for a large scale project made in the form of a hanging sculpture for the 400th anniversary of Worcester being granted city status, a few years ago. The sculpture featured enamelled plaques representing the city’s development including historical events that affected it greatly. I had always intended to recreate the image as a pendant, and so a little belatedly I have now returned to it. The design was inspired by the devastating impact of the plague on the city. It has an image which is half doctor’s mask and half skull. The Doctor’s Mask & Skull Enamelled Pendant will be sent in a quality card gift box by Royal Mail ‘Tracked’ Delivery.
