Full description
A vintage sewing pattern for a teen's skirt and jacket (suit) in size 16 (bust 36"/91.5 cm, Simplicity 4600). The jacket has round neckline, three-quarter length sleeves, front button closing and optional lining. View 1 has top-stitching detail. View 2 has braid trim. The slim skirt has back kick pleat and left side zipper closing. The pattern has been used and there are handwritten notes and alterations on the jacket front piece, although the original markings are still usable. There is writing on the envelope and the envelope flap is torn. The pattern is not dated, but the pre-decimal price and size indicate that it probably dates from the 1960s.
