I was inspired by a recent course that I took by Susan McCreevy. I enjoyed printing onto the fabric using plants from my garden. It was very mindful, with different types of creating.

Full description
This unique piece of art was created by dyeing cotton fabric, botanical printing, using plants from my garden, creating air dry clay embellishments which are stitched on.
The Nurge hoop is a well made hoop of wood with a brass screw top. It is 8 inches (20 cms) in size. The backing is black.
The fabric colours are shades of yellow and blue. There are small burnt holes in the fabric showing gold through. The clay embellishments are a neutral colour.
The backing is black.
