I have been running craft workshops in aid of MacMillan for the past 9 years after my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of the larynx. He received life saving surgery performed by an amazing surgeon at the Queen Victoria hospital in East Grinstead and we were both so thankful for the support we received from the MacMillan nurses. This is my small way of repaying them. A couple of years ago I decided to add afternoon tea to the workshops and it really is the perfect way to round off the day!

This year, our annual Christmas Crafternoon Tea Workshop in aid of MacMillan will be making a Christmas Wreath themed wall hanging mounted in an embroidery hoop.
Only basic sewing skills are required, and all materials are provided. You are free to design your own in any style you choose - there'll be lots of lovely materials and embellishments to inspire you!
Tea, coffee, and snacks are provided to keep you going whilst you sew, and the day will finish with a full afternoon tea with Prosecco (non-alcoholic available for drivers)
Perfect for beginners or more experienced sewers. Help and inspiration on hand when needed. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
