Full description
A handcrafted polymer clay heart pendant featuring a small bunch of forget-me-nots on a white background that I have made placing each petal, leaf and stem individually. This is accentuated with 8mm white semi-precious lava stone beads and silver plated ball spaces and silver plated chain and lobster claw clasp.
The necklace measures 17 1/2 inches./ 45 centimetres.
I will be donating 50% of the price of this necklace to Dementia UK
