Slowing down to be more in tune with the natural rhythm can only be a good thing and I think it helps us to stay focused on what really matters and leave some of the unimportant stresses fall away.

Full description
Walking along the towpath of the Basingstoke Canal recently I couldn't help but notice that autumn has come early this year. Leaves were starting to fall, rain clouds were gathering in the sky, the air had a coolness to it and the fair weather walkers were now staying away. There was a wonderful calmness all around me, it's my favourite time of the year.
Dimentions: the painting itself is 30 cm square and frame it'f 33cm square.
