Fibres: Merino Wool, Bamboo dyed carded tops, Lotus, Seacell, Soybean, Angelina Sparkle
Colours: Reddish Pink, Natural Cream, White, Yellow, Gold
Weight: 52g - 55g (1.8oz - 1.9oz) approx. Batt is labelled with weight.
Batt Dimensions: 30.5cm x 56cm (12" x 22" ) approx.
Uses: Spinning, Wet Felting, Needle Felting, Art Embellishment for Textile work.
Each batt is hand carded, on a Drum Carder. I incorporate Angelina Sparkle fibres to make the batts extra special. The Mixed Fibre Art Batt is made up of Merino Wool and Plant fibres. The dyed fibres have been obtained from a commercial source so have been chemically dyed. I recommend yarn to be COLD WATER WASH ONLY. Easy to spin, either directly from the batt or can be pre-drafting through a Diz if preferred. 'Sunset Beach' has been built up over 2 layers. Each layer contains all the fibres used. The batt is folded and packed flat in a cellophane bag for ease of posting. Up to two batts are sent in an environmentally friendly mailing bag, heavier batts are boxed.
