I am aiming to raise money for a nearby care homes charity that looks after my mum and mum-in-law.
I love upcycling and making practical items.
I think this flip flop design is great fun.

Full description
This bag is a good size at 28 cm high and 42 .5 cm wide.
It has a rectangular base of 31.5cm x 11 cm.
Upcycled from vintage Laura Ashley Green blackberry polyester cotton and navy blue vintage curtaining plus some cotton snippets to make the applique flip flops. There are 3 pockets to the front, ideal for sunglasses, suntan lotion etc.
The inside is lined with the same Laura Ashley fabric as the outside.
There is stiffening between the main fabric and lining which has been stitched like quilting to give the bag some rigidity.
