This sterling silver necklace features Turquoise natural stone nuggets and measures 18-inches (46cms) in length, is strung on durable Beadalon 49-strand beading wire, and is finished with a lobster clasp. It has been handcrafted by myself. Each stone showcases natural inclusions and minor variations, emphasizing the organic beauty and uniqueness of Turquoise.
Turquoise, often recognized as the birthstone for December, is celebrated for its believed properties of fostering open communication, creativity, and honesty. Known as a "stone of friendship," Turquoise is also regarded as a protective stone. The Turquoise in this necklace has been stabilized, a common process that enhances the stone's durability and rich colour while preserving its natural beauty.
The sterling silver components are prone to natural tarnishing over time, a quality inherent to sterling silver. Regular wear and periodic polishing can help maintain its shine.
