All items come gift wrapped and are as Eco friendly as possible.
Outer packaging is re-used and repurposed wherever possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Gift tags with a
"little twist"! Have you got someone you are gifting to who has a special birthday, Wedding, Anniversary etc coming up.. if you have take at look at these !! This set of two unique handmade gift tags that I've recently been working on are made from Hessian with added eyelet for strength and Jute string for attaching. For the front of the tag l've used a hessian flower with faux pearl centre and artificial feathers.. on the back I've used card stock that can be written on or left blank for decoration. For the "little twist" I've hand wire wrapped a small gemstone that either matches the colour or tone of the feathers. This small Gemstone can be removed and used if wanted by the recipient to either.. wear as a pendant on a chain.. charm on a bracelet.. hung on a key ring .. you get the gist!! Or if none of these uses it can be left on the tag and the tag used as a decorative keepsake item to remember a special event. This set is in colours of Turquoise feathers with Lapis Lazuli Gemstone and Red feathers with Rose Quartz Gemstone. Please note.. these are handmade so may vary in size.. see measurements.
