Several reasons I made this recipe, and design:
1) People want vegan lip balm, not those made with bee or animal waxes and oils.
2) They want one they don't have to reapply all the time, they want one that soaks in
3) People want one that doesn't feel sticky or oily, too often the cheap ones are.
4) It's easy to lose small ones in your coat or handbag: ours are 3.5 times the size.
5) Most cheap mass produced ones are made with plastic. Ours are made from 100% recyclable thick kraft.
6) Cheap ones are just that: cheap. They get lost, don't really work, the flavours are boring, they aren't always vegan, and are plastic. Ours are amazing quality, and value. We won Best Beauty Buy from The Green Parent Award in 2023 for these.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
