This peaceful pastoral scene is typical of the hills and dales of the beautiful Cumbrian Lake District. Nesstled in the Ullswater Valley, it is immensely picturesque and absolutely a painters paradise.
I love this composition of the hills in the distance with the farmhouse in front and the trees framing everything in the foreground.
