We use Royal Mail for envelopes and small parcels. Larger parcels, including most artworks, are sent to either a Parcelshop or Lockers.
Although this is not as convenient as having a delivery to your home, it does offer two benefits. Firstly, it is much cheaper and no one likes to spend more than they have to, and secondly, the parcels are subjected to significantly less handling and so are much less likely to be damaged in transit.
If you prefer, we can arrange for delivery directly to you. Let us know, and we can discuss costs prior to shipment.
An early work, so still experimental. These are really popular pictures, famous for requiring hours of production, frame preparation, paint mixing and drying times, with production often taking a minute or so.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Description:
This picture uses one of the most popular techniques employed by Acrylic Abstract Artists, namely the Dutch Pour and Blowout. The Blowout, which can use anything from a straw or puffer right up to hairdryer to move the paint, often very quickly, across the canvas. The results are unpredictable to a point but they can be influenced by the type and quality of the paints selected, the composition of the pouring medium and the blowing techniques employed.
Two coats of resin will protect your art work from knocks and the perils of UV rays in sunlight.
Fixings are supplied but not fitted. You can decide how best to show your proud possession.
Acrylic Fluid Art uses top-of-the-range Acrylic Paints, containing high-quality pigments, polymers and binders. These are then mixed with a Pouring Medium. The combination of the two provides the required pouring behaviour, colour, viscosity and opacity.
