This is my best effort to reproduce what I think an angel looks like. Of course, it's nothing like the real thing - it's a physical interpretation for a physical world but I hope it has some hint of the wonderful sense of the real thing.

Full description
My angels are made with enormous care - I use a 3D-printed frame 21cm high and 14.5cm wide for the frame and then carefully fill the open areas with precisely tinted coloured resins. When they are fully cured, I coat the back with two coats of UV resistant artist's varnish and thread a length of fine clear line through two tiny holes I've drilled in the top corners of the wings.
The resins capture light beautifully, with gentle graduated tones, and when suspended in front of a window, the angels seem to float as they radiate colour and light into the room.
