Pools and reflections were my inspiration for this piece. A modern take on rockpools at the seaside, with the pearl nodding to my inspiration of the sea.

Gorgeous, solid 9 ct yellow gold ring, set with a white cultured pearl.
This pretty ring is modern in design, with the golden, slighly concave disk acting almost like a mirror, refecting the pretty white cultured pearl.
I have created this ring from 9ct (375) yellow gold 'D' shaped wire and cut the yellow gold disc from 9ct yellow gold sheet.
The ring was gently shaped on a ring mandrel and the disc slightly domed to protect the pearl.
The pearl was mounted on a 9ct yellow gold peg setting, soldered into the centre of the disc.
The ring is a UK size 'O' approximately.
The band is 2 mm in diameter and the disc is 12 mm in diameter, set with a 6 mm cultured pearl.
The ring has been fully hallmarked at the London Assay Office and has my unique makers mark.
