A vintage sewing pattern for a baby's layette in one size, comprising dress, panties, pinafore, bonnet, slip, plastic lined playsuit, shirt, kimono in two lengths, sleeping bag, bunting, bib and embroidery transfer. The embroidery transfer features a cute pussy cat, boat and duck motifs. The pattern (Simplicity 1443) is virtually unused - the only pieces which have been cut are the pocket and neck guide. The pinafore piece is torn. The pattern is not dated, but the pre-decimal sizing and price indicate that it probably dates from the 1960s.
