Welcome to our little shop! If you would like something custom made, please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours. We are happy to make commissions and now do custom pet portraits.
PET PORTRAITS: Commissions are now closed and will re open in january. Gift vouchers will continue to be available.
Our shop will be closed 24th november and reopen on the 28th. Please make sure to order anything for christmas as early as possible.
We are currently only selling to the UK mainland. Please contact us for custom order enquiries or overseas enquiries.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Looking for the perfect gift for a pet owner? We now offer gift vouchers for our custom needle felted pet portraits. You can still choose from a single for £65 or double portrait for £105 -autumn special price - just view variations , then We will send the gift voucher to you. Our vouchers will be sent to you with a unique code written on for the giftee to include in their email to us along with the purchase date from which they have 1 year to use their voucher. Also included is a pretty pearl envelope for you to gift it in. All the giftee then has to do once they receive their voucher is send us an email with the code on and then we can start planning the portrait, all of which is explained on the back of the voucher.
Our vouchers are a physical item, we do not sell evouchers, and they can not be exchanged for cash or any other items on our shop. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Our custom portraits can be ordered until November 17th. We will then take a break for christmas gift orders to be made and sent before starting them again in january. Our gift vouchers will continue to be available during this time.
