All the items are unique and hand crafted with love.
We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This pop up birthday card from Koko Blue Crafts is a lovely way to send birthday wishes to someone special and is perfect for a book lover.
The pop up card features a beautiful design with books and flowers.
The 3D box has been constructed using card with a cream and wood effect background and decorated with flowers and a pile of books. Gold foiled decorations featuring more books, flowers and the sentiment Lots of Love have been added on acetate strips adding movement to the card. A topper with the words Birthday Wishes has been added to the box.
The box measures approximately 4 x 2 x 6 inches and folds flat for posting. An envelope is included.
