Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Handmade Gifts and Useful Storage Items
This book sleeve is fully lined and padded. The pocket on the front is not padded. The book sleeve has a button and elastic closure.
This item would make a beautiful gift. It is great to use for travelling, holidays, beach days, relaxing in the garden or inside of the home. The pocket on the front is designed to hold bookmarks, glasses or a treat to enjoy whilst reading. Alternatively, this book sleeve can hold a notebook or diary (a5 or smaller).
This item will be crafted just for you from 100% cotton patterned fabric on the front and coordinating coloured 100% cotton fabric on the reverse and inside. Each item is unique and therefore the fabric pattern positioning may vary from the photograph shown. The choice of button may also vary.
A large variety of fabrics are available. These are shown through my other items across my shop. If you would prefer this item to be made in a different fabric, please send me a message prior to ordering to check it is available.
This item would make a perfect storage solution day to day for either yourself or to gift to a friend, colleague or family member.
Please note, a book is not included.
