A pair of round bronze plated drop earrings, for pierced ears. The 16mm bezel features a glass cabochon that is set with a circular fragment of the classic American novel To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. A book about civil rights and racial equality that is now increasingly banned in the US.
An ideal fashion choice for Book Group! A great gift for an English teacher or graduate.
The earrings feature dedicated lawyer Atticus Finch on one earring and his questioning young daughter, Scout, on the other. Each set will show these two characters, with minor variations in the surrounding text. The text is soft black on a off white background, which is the natural colour of the book page.
The earring closure is a lever back, and the earring drop is 3cm.
Each set is packaged in a black fully recyclable card earrings box and then wrapped ina book page envelope for a special touch.
