Welcome to my shop - Lorna Gilbert Ceramics
I make small batch ceramics here in Yorkshire.
Inspired by the Yorkshire country side and childhood memories of the wild mountains and oceans of the West Coast of Scotland, I make stoneware pots for people seeking space and calm. Ceramics to be held, used and enjoyed. Pots that are tactile and well proportioned, designed to fit perfectly in your hands.
Everything here is made by me in my studio in Yorkshire under the watchful eye of our 7 year old dog Lola.

A beautiful handmade ceramic watermelon brooch.
£10 from each sale will go directly to The Sameer Project who are working on the ground in Gaza helping people who need support this Winter.
These make perfect gifts for those in your life who like to express their support of Palestine and the handmade through what they wear.
This brooch forms part of my fundraising for Gaza this year.
Each watermelon is handmade and painted.
Dia 4cm X 3.4cm X 3mm thick
Fired at 1260 degrees C.
Made from white stoneware clay.
Made in my pottery studio in Leeds, Yorkshire.
