I’ve always loved pop up books and illustration, and would spend hours poring over them as a child, always trying to spot a little detail which might have escaped me or been deliberately hidden by the artist. I love detail, decoration and discovery in others’ creations - whether in a drawing, an unexpected object turned into a something extraordinary, or a garden full of hidden surprises - and try to evoke that feeling of delight through my own creations.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

A commission depicting the recipient in a scene surrounded by their favourite things.
If you'd like me to make something similar, you will need to provide suitable photos and any specific details to include, such as their favourite things, pets, friends, places.
We will discuss these via email or on the phone, then I will produce a sketch for approval, which will enable you to make any minor changes and ensure you are happy with everything before I make the final piece (please take a look at the other items in my shop if you need some inspiration).
Comes either standalone, framed, in a tin (pictured) or with a handmade and decorated envelope (see variations for prices). Also comes with a small light which enhances display at night, creating a beautiful shadow box effect.
Carefully packaged and sent with tracked delivery with Royal Mail.
