‘Buck Moon’ - Wood-Burned, Moon-Gazing Hare with a Soft-Wax Pencil Full Moon and Sky on a Solid Log-Slice - Wall Art
Created in the winter … turning towards the light of the Buck Moon (July’s full moon)
This beautifully unique solid Ash log-slice with bark intact and natural holes was the perfect choice for this male (buck) moon-gazing hare. I envisioned him as soon as I found it!
Many layers of heat intensity have been used to create the hare, with a soft-wax pencil-painted background. Handcrafted, not printed or lasered!
One of a kind, only one made. This is an original piece.

Ready to hang with a saw-tooth brass hook, this wall art is perfect for any space.
