This notebook was born from my deep belief in the power of calm connection – and the need for simple, accessible ways for families to slow down together.
As a parent and someone who works closely with children and communities, I see how busy life can get. Sometimes, we just need a gentle nudge to pause, breathe, and be present – both with ourselves and each other.
I wanted to create something playful yet meaningful... something that sparks imagination while also supporting emotional wellbeing. The Buddies are more than just characters – they’re friendly guides on a journey of mindfulness, creativity, and care.
This notebook is my way of encouraging families to make space for stillness, storytelling, and togetherness – not just for summer, but as a way of life.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
