Full description
I used tarnish-resistant copper wire to build the complex frame with very intricate curls and weaves. Each shape is bound with a glorious micro-faceted Garnet. The Barnet gemstones pepper the design and feature a glorious, rdeep rich burgundy colour.
At the centre of the piece sits a fabulous Ruby Zoisite Cabochon, which is a magnificent example of the stone with its moss green markings interspersed with sumptuous Ruby veins.
The head features an Amazonite gemstone and the neck and tail are channel set with more Garnets. The middle tips of each wing contain fabulous faceted Garnets that are vibrantly red with a stunning sparkle and depth.
The pendant element is approximately 6 inches by 3.5 inches. It is connected to a Rose gold-plated sterling Silver chain with Snowflake Obsidion connectors. It will fit a neckline from 16b inches to 18 inches.
This is a unique statement piece which took almost a week to make.
